有机废气控制技术可分为源头削减技术、过程控制技术和末端治理技术,以末端治理技术为主。
末端处理技术有:1、吸附法;2、膜分离法;3、液体吸收法;4、催化燃烧法;5、光催化氧化处理技术;6、生物处理技术;
对于VOCs的治理,单一的技术很难达到国家现在的排放标准。针对不同的废弃处理,将不同的技术相结合会达到更好的效果。
比如在去除VOCs之前要进行预处理,除掉废气中的尘等;
在处理大风量、低浓度且没有回收价值的有机废气时,可以选择转轮浓缩吸附+蓄热式催化燃烧联合技术,有回收价值的有机废气可以选择吸附浓缩技术+冷凝回收技术联用;
在处理高浓度有机废气时可以选择冷凝+吸附技术、吸附浓缩+冷凝回收/燃烧技术等;在处理恶臭气体时可选择生物处理+光催化或低温等离子技术;
在处理油气回收时可选择冷凝+膜分离技术等。
合理的联合技术解决了单一处理技术无法处理不同VOCs的难题,也是以后在处理VOCs方面的主流选择。
