三、留意增补水分

每天以运动饮料和茶水、盐水最佳，不要拼命喝白开水或矿泉水。

军训后体力消耗极大，这个时候不要亏待自己，多吃一些肉类、蛋类，最好还多喝点汤菜类，同时留意增补各种维生素。

五、留意防病

遇上大雨或大汗淋漓后不要急于喝水，应该轻微休息片刻再增补水分，以免对肠胃溘然加重负担造成伤害。全身大汗淋漓后，不能马上冲凉水澡，以免全身毛孔迅速闭合，体内暖量不能披发而滞留体内，引起高暖。
