一、我国大气污染存在的问题

1、机动车尾气排放

目前，人均拥有汽车数量不断增长，机动车尾气排放量与日俱增，导致了大气污染日益严重。尤其是尾气中大量的二氧化硫、一氧化碳等污染物直接危害人类的身体健康，严重污染了大气环境。特别是在大中型城市中，空气污染的首要因素就是汽车尾气的排放。尽管，一些城市实行了单双号限行等措施，但所起作用并不显著，这只是一种治标不治本的方法。

2、能源结构以煤为主

我国的能源消耗主要以煤炭为主，占一次能源消费总量的75%，而新能源占比仍然是很少的，我国能源结构中天然气所占比例也很少的，从整体而言说，我国仍是以煤为主的燃煤大国。在我国，煤的使用渗透到各个方面，家庭中常燃煤进行取暖、做饭等，由于水利发电无法满足人们的用电需求，因此我国发电仍是以火力发电为主，煤炭燃烧产生的硫化物等污染物直接排入大气中，造成空气污染。我们现在以煤为主的能源结构是被动选择，而不是主观选择，而。目前尚未找到可以替代煤的能源，直接导致了能源不合理的现状得不到有效改善。

3、工业废气

工业废气的排放对环境造成了极大的危害，特别是北方的一些重工业城市空气污染尤为严重。随着房地产行业的高速发展，建材需求量越来越大，建材行业的规模因此不断扩大，而我国仍是以窑炉来进行建材生产，不置可否，建材行业是个高污染的产业，虽然创造了巨大的经济利益。再如，钢铁行业在生产过程中不只排放废气，还会产生粉尘等有害物质。印刷、造纸等行业在生产过程中也会排放各种不利于人体健康的尾气。

4、土地沙化

沙尘暴出现的频率不断上升，不只对北方造成巨大的破坏，其影响范围不断扩大，正向长江流域伸出了魔爪。土地沙化引起沙尘暴肆虐，而沙尘在长期流动过程中，增加了空气中粉尘等污染物的含量。

5、环境执法监管不严

我国的某些地区存在严重的环境执法监管不严现象，未正常执法，纵容污染超标的企业继续生产，环境执法机构形同虚设，并未做任何有利于环保的工作。一些地方官员一味追求政绩，竟批准对空气污染极其严重的项目建设。有些地区执法经费不足，环境执法机构无法对污染源展开有效的检测、治理工作。部分执法机构相互推诿，以各种理由来开脱，不愿进行检查工作，未能对污染严重的企业进行管理与制约。
